Good morning, Michael,

Sorry it has taken so long for me to contact you but I thought that I would let you know that both myself, my wife, my son and his partner are absolutely delighted with the sofa that you delivered. It is made to a standard that I would expect from an English upholstery company, nothing like the Far Eastern rubbish that we seem to be bombarded with in all the press and T.V. adverts. I think that your removeable base is an excellent design feature and it also gave me the opportunity to see the construction with the vecroed bottom. My wife said that she thought that the timber used was a bit rough! I soon but her mind at ease when I told her that it was very good, clean beech which one would expect in a good frame and explined that upholstery frames never used planed timber!

I am full of admiration for your two delivery guys who, as I thought, would struggle to get it in but nothing seemed to phase them and they worked tirelessly to get it into the flat through the back door and as tight as it was, there was no damage to anything in getting it in.

Many thanks - it's nearly as good as upholstery from Yorkshire!! There is no question that if I get any commercial enquiries for Chesterfields or more common, library chairs in leather, I will be in contact with you knowing the quality and service that I will get.

As soon as you see it and sit on it you can sense the truly awesome amount of top quality craftsmanship that has gone into the production of the sofa. We all love the smell as well, nothing beats the smell of fresh leather! The sofa has been put straight into prime position in our waiting area ready for its debut SEONext customer to enjoy the privilege of taking a seat. They’ll have to wrestle Justin off it first though by the looks of things, he’s sat down with his laptop on his legs and hasn’t moved since it arrived!

We finally got a chance to unpack all the furniture and place it in our living room, and it looks absolutely gorgeous! The delivery went smooth except there was a little break in the corner of the sofa, but we were able to fix it. We love the leather and the colour.
